THE CHALLENGE – 100 MILES, 3 DAYS, ONE MISSION
Over the course of three days, we’ll trek 100 miles across the rugged landscapes of the South Downs, tackling rolling hills, open fields, and breathtaking coastal paths. With every step, we’ll be walking for a greater purpose—raising vital funds and awareness for men battling with their mental health.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
🥾 DAILY TREKKING ROUTES & TERRAIN
Each day will cover approximately 30-35 miles, guiding us through some of the most beautiful and challenging terrain in the UK. Expect long, steep inclines, unpredictable weather, and hours of walking, but also incredible views, deep conversations, and the satisfaction of pushing past your limits.
🏕 WILDERNESS CAMPING & SUPPORT VEHICLE
We’ll be carrying only the essentials, with a minibus following our route to meet us at designated rest stops. Each night, we’ll set up camp, refuel, and rest in tents before another intense day ahead. You’ll need to bring:
✅ Sleeping bag
✅ Spare clothes for each day
✅ Sturdy hiking boots & waterproof gear
✅ A strong mindset and the will to keep moving
