Hi, I’m Alfie Ruffell, born and bred in Portsmouth. My journey hasn’t been straightforward. After failing at school, I dabbled in various businesses until I found my calling with Rio-Vitalise, a wellness company specialising in CBD products. We’re on a mission to build a community for all, educating, motivating, and inspiring healthy, balanced living. We challenge traditional healthcare solutions by offering holistic, natural alternatives through our platform, teachings, and organically farmed products.

Born and raised in Portsmouth
34 years old, married and father to 2 boys.

Story: my story starts from a young age of around 15 my parents were very big drinkers and I followed suit drinking everyday which led to getting into a lot of trouble with the police every week until I got a scare of being sent to prison so decided to sort myself out became a bricklayer which then also led to excessive drinking and also became addicted to cocaine started a limited company which failed due to my addictions and choices I made while under the influence but I gave it 2 more goes joining up with others company’s but again failed losing loads of money becoming in debt due to my drinking and cocaine addiction which was costing me £200+ a day sometimes. I finally hit a point in my life where I knew if I carried on this way I would lose more then money my family. I then got introduced to Alfie by a good friend and he explained what his plans was and it gave me purpose to fight I started training with him and also on my own I would wake up at 4:00am most days and run laps of Portsmouth starting at 2-3 miles then getting up to 10 miles and being on that run gave me time to rethink my life choices next I decided to get out of bricklaying and chose to get a job on the railway. I quit and spent everyday training and trying to get on the railway 2 months of persistent finally paid of and I got my job. Without the support and motivation from Alfie’s I don’t think I would have lasted this long so now I want to give back to Alfie and help as many people as possible the same way he has for me.
