SPEAK is operated by VYBRAH LTD, trading as SPEAK. We are not a charity, and we are not a crisis service. We're a business, built to help construction and other high-pressure industries see and act on pressure earlier than conventional approaches allow.
What SPEAK is
We combine trusted, human-led workforce engagement with structured organisational diagnosis, the Organisational Health Review. Neither stands alone. Their value comes from being connected, seeing people and systems together, and turning that view into practical action for leadership.
What SPEAK isn't
We're not a crisis service, a therapy provider, or a generic Employee Assistance Programme. We're not a software-only company or a general automation agency. The human layer and the OHR are not two unrelated businesses, they're one solution. And we're not a finished workforce analytics platform or a clinical diagnostic service, some of what we do is still being developed, and we'll always tell you which parts.
Beyond the core solution
