We record what was delivered, observe the signals emerging from the work and measure outcomes where reliable evidence is available. We do not present participation, reach or positive feedback as proof of long-term organisational change.

All workforce insight is handled anonymously and reported at an aggregated theme level. SPEAK does not share personal disclosures or identifiable worker information with employers.

  • Individual disclosures are not turned into management reports.
  • Reporting focuses on recurring, aggregated themes rather than individual comments.
  • Appropriate safeguarding and urgent-support pathways remain separate from commercial reporting.
  • Small groups are handled carefully to prevent indirect identification.
  • Findings are reported within the agreed governance boundaries set with each client.

We are developing the measurement framework required to test change over time. Until that evidence is available, we distinguish clearly between delivery activity, observed signals and measured outcomes.
